Eddy Current Testing Equipment is an advanced non-destructive testing system designed to detect and identify defects in metallic materials. This portable eddy current flaw detector is capable of detecting surface and subsurface flaws, cracks, porosity and other defects in non-conductive materials. The eddy current tester features drive voltage level from 1 to 8 levels, power supply of 100-240V 50/60Hz and phase of 0 to 359 in 0.1 steps. It also provides tube sheet mapping draws according to real tube layout and testing result is marked in different colors. Furthermore, it can automatically generate report in different format for easy analysis and further inspection.

HUATEC's HEF-C35RFT Eddy Current Testing Equipment is an efficient and reliable eddy current inspection equipment which is designed for eddy current flaw detection, crack detection, and corrosion detection. It is a portable eddy current flaw detector with a CE certification, and is able to provide 1-8 levels of drive voltage. It can detect 2 frequencies per channel, with the frequency range of 64Hz-5MHz for eddy current testing and 5Hz-5KHz for Remote Field Testing. The tube sheet mapping draws according to real tube layout, and the testing result is marked in different colors. The real-time strip chart, impedance plane and tube sheet display provide a more intuitive visual effect. In addition, the HEF-C35RFT is equipped with a 100-240V 50/60 Hz power supply, and the minimum order quantity is 1pc with a standard carton package.
